Quince is a unique fruit that resembles an apple/pear hybrid. It's flesh is white until cooked when it turns a lovely dark apricot color. Artisan quince paste is the highest in quality made with the best ingredients by slow production creating a high percentage of fruit with 65° Brix. It is sweet and complex with a delicate floral aroma. Pairs beautifully with Spanish cheeses, crispy Spanish tortas, roasted nuts and Spanish wines.
