White Stilton is a younger version of Blue Stilton without the addition of Penicillium Roqueforti (the blue mold that gives traditional Stilton its distinctive blue veins and strong flavor). White Stilton has a light, slightly acidic flavor that makes it a perfect partner for fruit. Somerdale White Stilton with Mango and Ginger combines creamy White Stilton cheese with pieces of Mango and Ginger. This produces an exceptional cheese with the Mango adding a fruity flavor and the Ginger adding a mildly warming, spiced overtones. Suitable for vegetarians.
