Beretta’s Hot Coppa is made from first-class hand-cut pork shoulder, seasoned with the finest cayenne peppers and red peppercorns for an exquisite taste. Beretta pork shoulder is then placed in a sterile casing for several weeks and dry-cured in order to age properly. Its firm and tender texture makes it ideal for pasta dishes, charcuterie, and Paninis. Established in 1812, Fratelli Beretta remains the longest existing family-owned business in Italian charcuterie tradition.
